Blueberries are rich in vitamins C and K and dietary fiber as well as potassium, calcium and phosphorus. You can also add other fruits, say - strawberries.
Quinoa with blueberries
Ingredients
- 100 g of quinoa
- 250 ml of almond milk
- 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
- a pinch of salt and cinnamon
- half a teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 60 g of blueberries
Directions
- Wash the quinoa and cook it together with all the other ingredients, except the blueberries, in milk for fifteen minutes.
- After 10 minutes of cooking, add blueberries and set aside.
- Allow to cool slightly and serve with Greek yogurt and blueberries.
