Recipe: chocolate ganache with only two ingredients

Ganache cream is the ultimate pleasure for all chocolate lovers' palates.

This sweet cream is so easy to make and can be used in many ways: as a frosting, chocolate cream, chocolate sauce, filling for pralines or chocolate truffles, or you can flavor it with coffee, cinnamon or mint and use it as a filling for baked cake crusts , to get an instant chocolate cake.

Ingredients

  • 250 g of hard chocolate of your choice
  • 250 ml of full-fat cream

Directions

  1. Finely chop the chocolate with a sharp knife; the smaller the pieces, the faster and more evenly the chocolate will melt.
  2. Put the chopped chocolate in a bowl and melt it over steam at a low temperature.
  3. Boil the cream in a pot. Pour the hot cream into the melted chocolate and stir constantly until the mixture is smooth. Put it in the fridge for about an hour.
  4. Next, whip the ganache with an electric mixer until it doubles in volume - about 10 minutes.
  5. When it cools down, keep it in the fridge until you need it.
