Ingridients:
• a cup of frozen fruit as desired,
• sliced and frozen banana,
• agave syrup (optional) and
• ¼ cup almond milk.
Preparation:
Cut the banana into slices and freeze it packed in a plastic bag. Chop the rest of the fruit and put it in a blender together with the banana. Add almond milk and agave syrup and mix well. If necessary, cool the resulting mixture for a few more minutes. If desired, you can add a few pieces of sliced fruit to the ice cream or sprinkle it with healthy nuts, which will have a pleasant crunch during sweetening.
