Ingridients:
Spinach smoothie
- 100 g of spinach leaves
- 1 banana
- juice of 1 orange
- juice of 1 lemon
Pineapple smoothie
- 1 dl of water
- ¼ ripe pineapple
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 0.5 teaspoon of cinnamon
Kiwi smoothie
- 0.5 dl of water
- 2 kiwis
- 1/5 of an apple
- 1/5 of a banana
- 1 teaspoon of honey
Preparation:
Shake all the ingredients (wash, peel and cut the fruit into cubes) and pour into a blender and mix well. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
