Ingredients

  • 250 g of oatmeal
  • 200 g of dried fruit
  • 120 g of seeds of your choice
  • 50 g of dark chocolate
  • 250 g of nuts of your choice
  • 100 g of butter
  • pinch of salt
  • 3 spoons of honey
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 dl of hot water

Directions

  1. Pour hot water over the oatmeal and add pieces of dried fruit, chopped nuts, seeds, melted butter, honey, chocolate chips and a pinch of salt to the mixture. Mix everything well, add 2 eggs and mix again.
  2. Pour the dough into a pan that you have previously lined with baking paper. Bake in an oven preheated to 190° for about 20 minutes.
  3. Wait for the mass to cool, then cut it into tiles. Bon Appetit!
