Ingredients

  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 cup nut butter
  • 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup nuts of choice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
  • chocolate chips as desired

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients well in a bowl.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a baking tray that you have previously lined with baking paper. Do this so that the thickness is about 3 cm.
  3. Bake in an oven preheated to 215°C for about 10 minutes.
  4. Wait for the dessert to cool (about 1 hour). Then cut it into rectangular pieces and serve. Bon Appetit!
