There's nothing better than a well-seasoned vegetable stew that you can make in stock and keep in the freezer. This one vegan stew will delight both hardened vegan cooks and omnivores who want a break from meat dishes. You can prepare the soup for lunch during the week, as it is filling enough due to the lentils, sweet potatoes and carrots. It contains vitamins A and C, and turmeric provides anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects. The preparation is quick and simple, and there is also – as the name of the stew suggests – little washing up.

Recipe: Posset - Lemon cream
Poset lemon cream (photo: Sašo Šketa)Lemon cream posset comes from England, where in the past it was prepared from milk soured with wine or beer, and the drink was flavored with cinnamon and nutmeg. The dessert, which goes perfectly with fresh forest fruits, is made from just three ingredients: cream, lemon juice and sugar. After a few hours in the refrigerator, the silk cream will be ready. You can serve it in glasses with fresh seasonal fruits such as blueberries, raspberries, strawberries and peaches, or opt for more exotic pineapples and mangoes. Posset is the perfect refreshing dessert for warm days, but it is also great when we have guests, as it can be prepared a day in advance.
