  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 ½ cups of sugar
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 cup (or more) crushed cookies (we recommend chocolate with cream or milk filling)

Process:
Beat the eggs and yolks in a medium-sized bowl. Then add sugar to them and mix everything well. Mix the cream and milk in a saucepan and put it on the fire. We wait until it almost boils and quickly put it aside. Gradually add the eggs to the warm mixture for homemade ice cream, stirring constantly. Towards the end, vanilla extract is also added to the ice cream mixture. Stir the mixture well again and put it in the refrigerator. After about three hours, pour it into the ice cream maker and follow the instructions for use. Just before the ice cream is ready, add the crushed cookies to the mixture and let the machine mix everything together for about three minutes.

Ingridients:

  • 2.5 dl of partially skimmed sweet cream
  • 2.5 dl skimmed milk
  • 0.5 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 vanilla pod

Process:
Slowly heat the milk in a saucepan, but do not allow it to boil. Add a vanilla bean and let it cook on low heat for about 20 minutes. In the meantime, beat the egg yolks with a hand mixer until foamy. After the elapsed time, remove the vanilla bean from the milk, cut it in half and scrape out the seeds, which are sprinkled back into the milk. Let the milk cool down, strain it and pour it into the egg yolks. Mix and transfer to the shrimp. Add cocoa to the liquid and cook over low heat (the mass must not boil!) until it thickens. A sign that we need to remove the shrimp from the heat is a thick foam that collects on the spoon while stirring. Allow the mass to cool, then add the cream. Pour into an ice cream maker and follow the instructions for use. The ice cream is then transferred to a plastic container(s) and frozen. And happy sweetening!

Ingridients:

  • 600 g of watermelon
  • 40 dag of sugar
  • 100 ml of water
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 or 3 lemons/limes
  • 100 g of sweet cream

Process:
Cut the watermelon into (smaller or larger) pieces and remove all pips (so that the ice cream does not burn). Mix boiled sugar, water and squeezed lemons/limes. Add about 1 dl of cold water and whipped sweet vegetable cream and mix. Finally, add the whipped egg whites. We mix. Put the ice cream in the freezer for a few hours and it's ready to eat. Ingridients:

  • 1 bag of vanilla pudding
  • 3 spoons of sugar
  • 3 dl of milk
  • 3 bananas
  • juice of one lemon
  • 4 dl of sweet cream
  • 300 g of raspberries

Preparation:
Mix the pudding with sugar and stir in some milk. Put the rest of the milk on the stove and let it boil. Remove from heat and add pudding. Cook for 1 minute. Cool the pudding by stirring. Peel the bananas, cut them into slices and cover them with lemon juice. Then blend them with a stick blender. Whip the cream, add the pudding and banana mixture and mix. Place the foil in the longer model (about 25 cm). Put some of the resulting cream mass on the bottom, add raspberries and cover with the rest of the mass.
