1. You only use it in summer and on sunny days

Sun protection experts emphasize one very simple rule: when the sun is out, protect yourself, no matter how strong its rays seem to you. This means that sunscreen isn't only necessary when you're heading out at night.

2. You are using the wrong formula

Experts warn that this is unfortunate it's not enough and that you need to apply the cream to your skin every 2 hours or if you swim or engage in other types of recreation, after each activity.
